My name is Emma, I am 32, and am an Australian living in England. I have been beading for many years and I love to learn new techniques and stitches. As well as beadwork I have dabbled in wirework and bead stringing.
My first experience of beading was on a loom that my mother bought when I was about 17.
Years went by until my sister gave me a book that she wasn’t using, and I learnt how to do a daisy chain, brick stitch earrings and a Victorian style netted lace necklace.
I was hooked and next I found the Olaf beading book series and luckily enough my mother’s collection of Bead and Button magazines!
From there I found the wonderful world of beading on the Internet, with lots of free patterns and tutorials (some of which you may find on my links page). I also started collecting many beading books and magazines.
I now have a store on Etsy as I have made so many pieces of jewellery that need to be worn!
Please feel free to contact me anytime on emsapro@gmail.com, I welcome your feedback!!
