Glitter Glow Beading

I got a nice surprise today from demetgun3 on Etsy who included my burgundy necklace in this treasury, thankyou very much!

My aunt-in-law asked me to make three rivoli pendants for her to give as gifts. This is last one. I tried a different bezel this time from Cathy’s Beadwork, which has a netted back. I added the crystals differently than in the pattern as I didn’t have that many. The necklace part is a spiral herringbone rope four beads around.

Its time to vote in the Etsy Beadweavers September beading challenge. This month the theme was Indian Summer and there are 33 lovely entries. Click here to go to the blog and vote from 9th-15th September!

The first three pendants are from tutorials by Jenny Pong. On the first one there is a tiny tiny Swarovski butterfly - 5mm (I didn’t realise when I ordered it how small it was!). I haven’t finished the necklace for the third pendant yet, it goes on the end of a lariat.

The next is from a tutorial by Eni Oken, using rose quartz, amethyst, fluorite and clear quartz beads.

The next three I was practicing making wire cages for cabachons, beads and marbles using instructions from All Wired Up by Mark Lareau. Obviously I need more practice! The cab is rhodonite.

And this is a ‘cocktail’ ring I made from a tutorial by Linda Rosa.

The bee and dragonfly pendants are from tutorials by JewlieBeads.

And I tried some spiderweb pendants. The tutorial used to be on Jewelry at Bellaonline but seems to have disappeared.
